The Marshall County Health Care Authority operates two hospitals, including Marshall Medical Center North, a 92-bed hospital with a 24-hour emergency room. It is a primary care hospital including medical, surgical and obstetrical services. Accredited by the Joint Commissions on the Accreditations of Hospitals, it is staffed by highly skilled and dedicated personnel, and a medical staff of 90 doctors offering a wide range of specialties.

Mountain Lakes provides a comprehensive array of services in the Mental Health Center, located on Homer Clayton Drive, that range from diagnosing and treating depression to psychosis with highly trained and licensed staff ranging from counselors to psychiatrists. Specialized services are provided to different age groups, with an extensive line of services offered for the geriatric population and services for children and families being offered in a separate office located on O’Brig Avenue, across from the city library.

Mountain Lakes Behavioral Healthcare is fully certified and provides quality services at most competitive prices.
