The Buckeye Valley is a stable community whose future is bright, and its economy is on the upswing, making it a wonderful place to raise children of any age. Students and parents enjoy the rural environment and diverse, culturally rich population of all six of the Buckeye Valley School Districts.

In the Buckeye Valley School Districts, educational excellence is the primary objective. With enrollment figures increasing yearly, the districts employ a highly qualified teaching staff to meet the demand. Education in the elementary schools emphasizes reading, language, mathematics, science, and computer literacy and application. Children in the greater Buckeye Valley attend one of the following elementary school districts: Buckeye Elementary School District #33 (located in central Buckeye); Liberty Elementary School District #25 (three schools located east of Buckeye); Palo Verde Elementary School District #49 (located just west of Buckeye); Ruth Fisher Elementary School District #90 (located 25 miles west of Buckeye); and Arlington Elementary School District #47 (located 15 miles southwest of Buckeye).

Children in the Greater Buckeye Valley of high school age attend Buckeye Union High School District #201, which offers educational opportunities to a wide spectrum of ethnic and socio-economic backgrounds. The diversified student population provides a rich experience for its over 1,000 students. Buckeye Union High School offers unique and progressive curriculum at all grade levels. The District is currently building a second high school east of Buckeye, in the Liberty Elementary School District. Buckeye students have ready access to several excellent institutions of higher learning. Outstanding facilities at Estrella Mountain Community College provide excellent two-year programs for advanced learning. Arizona State University West campus offers a wide variety of continuing educational courses, programs and workshops.
