In addition to the main facility, Magnolia Hospital also operates the Rural Health Clinic, situated at 707 North Washington. With two nurse practitioners on its staff — one certified in family practice, the other in pediatrics — the clinic provides the greater Magnolia area medical services for non-urgent disorders and episodic care, along with health promotion and prevention. Patients can access the clinic’s services Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

In a recent referendum, Magnolia voters passed a 1-1/8 percent sales tax in order to finance the construction of a new, 49-bed replacement hospital. Magnolia contracted The Irvine Time for the project. Stay tuned!
