Since its founding in 1950, California Baptist University (CBU) has set the standard for faith-based educational excellence. Riverside City College (RCC) provides students more than 100 liberal arts, science and career technical programs leading to transfer to a four-year college or university, an associate’s degree, a professional certificate, occupational training, or new work skills. Each semester, more than 21,000 students attend the city campus. They choose RCC because the college offers convenient day, evening and weekend classes; online courses; affordable tuition; and complete student support services.

As a community college serving this area for more than 92 years, Riverside City College also supports the local economy through critical vocational and apprenticeship programs in fields such as engineering, high technology, healthcare, culinary arts, international trade, auto tech and other services.

The University of California, Riverside (UCR), is located on nearly 1,200 acres near the Box Springs Mountains in Southern California. The park-like campus of the University of California, Riverside, provides convenient access to the vibrant and growing Inland region. UCR is a leader in key industry research areas.

UCR is excited to soon open its doors to a new medical school that will launch its first class in 2012. This new medical school will pave the way for new research, teaching and service programs to improve the health of Californians, with special attention to the needs of the diverse and growing Inland Southern California region. Once operating, the UCR School of Medicine will not only help meet the need for physicians in a medically underserved region, but also provide a pipeline for diversifying the physician workforce, facilitate partnerships with community clinics and hospitals, and increase the potential of attracting startup companies and venture capital to Inland Southern California.

University of Redlands School of Business

Originally founded in 1976 as Whitehead College, the University of Redlands School of Business today offers graduate degree and degree-completion programs for working adults and professionals. Located in eight campuses throughout Southern California, the school offers convenient evening programs, study abroad opportunities, executive coaching, and collaborative employee-education opportunities with corporations and organizations.

Faculty of the school include 28 full-time academicians as well as a network of adjunct faculty made up of successful business professionals and entrepreneurs. Academic programs in the school are enhanced by student services designed to support adult learners, including tutoring, career services, academic advising, alumni relations, electronic resources and Web-enhanced courses.
