Lodging in Eagle makes vacations affordable! Accommodations are superb, and prices are competitive at all the lodging establishments just off the I-70 exit at Eagle – including the Best Western Eagle Lodge & Suites, AmericInn Lodge & Suites, Holiday Inn Express, Comfort Inn and Suburban Lodge Extra. The Hitching Post Bed and Breakfast is new to the Town of Eagle, and it allows you to experience the charm of one of Eagle’s oldest homes.

River Dance RV Resort is conveniently located along US Highway 6 – with easy access from I-70 for both eastbound and westbound travelers. This RV resort is located within a 70-acre parcel that has been family owned since 1883.

As a result, visitors have the opportunity to experience an undisturbed piece of Colorado – from the beautiful mountain scenery to the private, soothing sounds of the Eagle River. Many people come to Eagle Valley to explore the historic landmarks. Yet, the Eagle Valley is an area that is still growing and developing. Residential, commercial and light industrial development is a key part of these communities, which now have several business centers and are formulating rebirth in their downtown areas in the years ahead.

The Best Western Eagle Lodge & Suites offers meeting and convention facilities, complimentary continental breakfasts and a full athletic facility and pool. Oversized rooms are also available with wet bars and mini kitchens. AmericInn Lodge & Suites has 55 rooms, ranging from traditional with two queen beds to two-room suites with spa and fireplace, as well as a guest pool. AmericInn is centrally located off the Eagle exit just 25 minutes from Vail/Beaver Creek ski area, 30 minutes from the world-famous Glenwood Hot Springs and five minutes from the Eagle County Regional Airport. The Comfort Inn boasts 60 rooms with Jacuzzi suites available, indoor pool and continental breakfast bar every morning from 6 to 9 a.m.

The Holiday Inn Express (just off Exit 147 in Eagle) is another great lodging choice, offering comfortable accommodations, excellent facilities, convenience to dining establishments and competitive prices. The Suburban Lodge at the Eagle exit offers extended stays, and is a great choice for the traveling business person or for those who are looking for permanent housing in the Eagle/Gypsum area.

Eagle Valley is home to a variety of eateries, from sit-down meals and a salad bar to fast-food choices. There are several restaurants just off the I-70 exit and in the Central Business District (CBD) in downtown Eagle. Residents and visitors enjoy fast and fresh deli meals at the Cambria Coffee House and patio dining in the summer at The Broadway Café. Don’t miss a visit to Eagle’s first Chinese restaurant, Gourmet China on Chambers Avenue in the newly renovated Beasley Center. The Brush Creek Saloon also offers delicious meals and beverages. Prices are moderate. Salsa’s Mexican Restaurant specializes in affordable authentic Mexican cuisine. Other local dining favorites include the Grand Avenue Grill, The Eagle Diner and Mi Pueblo.

Any one of the 26 restaurants offers everything from down-to-earth eateries to lively watering holes with local microbrews and culinary offerings that reflect the richness and diversity of the region.
