Strong & Growing
World-renowned for the water produced at Zephyrhills Spring Water Company, the area also hosts phosphate production, egg processing, and a number of light industrial companies. The City of Zephyrhills continues to strongly pursue light industrial opportunities at the Copeland Industrial Park and the Airport Industrial Park.
The privately financed 100-acre Copeland Industrial Park presently houses industrial and manufacturing businesses, and expects to accommodate additional businesses as development of the park continues.
The city-owned and developed 72-acre Airport Industrial Park, co-located with the municipal airport, offers a unique opportunity for businesses looking to lease land and construct their own buildings. An attractive lease rate is available for one-acre to 11-acre parcels, and infrastructure (including paved roads, water, sewer, utilities, rail and water retention) is available. In an effort to make the Airport Industrial Park attractive to business, the city waives building permit fees for construction within the park.
Both of these parks are conveniently located on the East Bypass with easy access to Interstates 4, Interstate 75, U.S. 98, U.S. 301 and State Route 39.
