The Pocatello/Chubbuck School District 25 is dedicated to providing quality education for all children in a safe, caring and supportive environment. In partnership with students, families and the community, the District is committed to maximizing learning for all students through Rigor, Relevancy and Relationships–whatever it takes!

District 25 serves a student population of approximately 11,550 and is home to 13 elementary schools, three middle schools, three high schools and an alternative school for students who need a nontraditional setting. Additionally, the District offers a preschool through grade 3 Montessori program, a 21st Century Community Learning Centers after-school program, a gifted and talented program for kindergarten through grade 6, a preschool program for students who are developmentally delayed, head start and a community education program.

Elementary schools serve grades K-6; middle schools include grades 7 and 8. High schools are for grades 9-12. The District has modern instructional facilities and equipment, complete with up-to-date curriculum, technology and instructional materials.

Early college programs, which offer college–level courses that provide both high school and college credits, are available to high school students. The local business community contributes to scholarships that assist students to pay for these college credits.

There also are a number of private schools and public charter schools, offering parents more educational choices.
