Alarm Detection Systems, Inc.
1111 Church Rd., Aurora, IL 60505

With more than 46 years in the security business, Alarm Detection Systems, Inc. (ADS) offers expert electronic security and fire safety services to business and residential customers throughout Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin. One of the top installation and monitoring companies in the nation, ADS owns and operates an award-winning, UL Listed, FM Approved, Five-Diamond certified central alarm monitoring station in Aurora.

The company takes pride in its customer service and experienced staff. All sales consultants, engineers and technicians are highly trained and knowledgeable of the latest security technology. The years of accumulated expertise and focus on customer satisfaction sets this local company apart from its national competitors. Alarm Detection Systems Inc. provides customers with a no-cost needs assessment to ensure they are obtaining the right level of security protection.

“Alarm Detection Systems is a local, family-owned business. Our phone number starts with 630 and one of our friendly operators will be there to answer your questions. Your alarm account will be monitored right here in Illinois, not five states away.” says Bob Lubic, Executive Vice President.

ADS installs burglar alarms, fire alarms, managed access systems and video cameras for businesses. The company offers monthly monitoring services and same-day service and repair for all the equipment they provide. Because fire alarm and suppression systems are required for businesses by local and national ordinances, they must be in working order at all times for a building to have occupancy. On the other hand, security and intrusion detection devices are elective to the business owner. ADS tests and services both ends of the security spectrum making it easy for a customer to use one source and have the least interruption to their location.

Adding other enhancements to a business property such as proximity card readers and cameras can alert customers when someone is on the premises, in places they shouldn’t be, especially during hours when the business isn’t open. ADS realizes that no two businesses are alike and each installation requires understanding of the unique risks associated with it.

“There is a reason we have a low turnover rate with customers. Many of the people who do business with us have done so for decades. We know customers have many choices for security systems these days so we work extra hard to provide the best option around,” says Dan Petesch, Residential Sales Manager.

In addition to protecting businesses in the area, ADS has thousands of residential alarm customers as well. Fire safety, burglar detection, and remote viewing of home security on tablets and phones are just a few of the services they provide. Home security systems have undergone a huge transformation in recent years. Home comfort – control of light and temperature, video and text alerts, and pet monitoring are all recent additions to the security space. The dedicated sales team at ADS is available to review all the options for your home or business. For more information, call (630) 844-6300 or visit
