Senior Trips, Reservations & Information
In order to make the trips available to all of our seniors, we do our best to keep the cost of the trips as low as possible. Booking early gives everyone a chance to go. Deposits are required at time of reservations. Cash or checks are accepted for deposits and payments. When booking more than one trip at a time. Separate checks must be made out for each trip. Each trip is its own entity. Balances are due 35 days before the trip date.

Cancellation Policy
Theater tickets, shows and special events are non-refundable. Our goal is to give a refund only if we can find someone to replace you on a one-day trip. Otherwise, we suggest you find someone to take your place or give the ticket to a friend as a gift. Trips are on a time schedule, and it is our policy to leave promptly at the stated departure time. We are unable to wait for late arrivals. We regret that no refunds can be given to seniors who miss the Motor Coach. All seniors are required to notify Tina Gordon if there are any last-minute changes. After 5 p.m. leave a message at (708) 452-3962. All trips are subject to change without notice.
