If you like reading, the O’Fallon Public Library is the place to visit. In addition to a well-stocked fiction section, the library boasts one of the best business reference areas around. The library has computer access and materials in all formats including electronic resources such as E-books. Many resources can be accessed via the website just by using your library card. The children’s reading area has books available for all ages and reading levels. Many special events and workshops for children and their parents are offered. In the summer, a reading program at the Library features special guests and other surprises. Shiloh residents can use the Library by paying the O’Fallon non-resident fee.

The O’Fallon Arts Commission has several activities and events planned throughout the year: Backyard Playhouse, Summer Theater Camp, Missoula Children’s Theatre and the Strange Folk Festival. O’Fallon-Shiloh has three Rotary Clubs, Kiwanis Club, Knights of Columbus, Masons, Jaycees, Lions Club, VFW, Woman’s Club, American Legion, Fraternal Order of Eagles, Red Hat Club and other civic organizations that do much to promote community spirit.
