The majority of Olin’s workforce is represented by the International Association of Machinists & Aerospace Workers with others represented by the Western Employees Trades Council, the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, the United Association of Journeymen & Apprentices of the Plumbing & Pipefitting Industry and the International Chemical Workers. Both East Alton divisions have powerful competitive advantages and market leadership positions within their industry.
