Sugar Grove Library

The Sugar Grove Library, a hub of activity in town, opens a new facility in August 2009. Library services include reference, interlibrary loan, delivery service, renewal, reserves, reciprocal borrowing and programs. The new building is located at 125 S. Municipal Drive in Sugar Grove. The 25,500-square-foot facility has space for community services including computer lab and classes, meeting rooms, WiFi, Ride in Kane and also features The Book Nook Cafe. This area will host sales of coffees, cold beverages, sandwiches, salads, pastries, gifts for readers, office supplies as well as new and used books. Formed in 2003, the Sugar Grove Park District maintains over 20 park sites and offers a diverse range of year-round programming for all ages. The district holds programs at the Community House, the Pavilion at Volunteer Park and Kaneland School District #302 facilities. In addition to youth sports, the most popular programs are summer day camps and before and after school recreation and enrichment. (
