Thank you for coming to Carmel, Indiana. Whether you’re here for the day, a stay or home for good, there’s a welcome place for you within our city limits.
We’re all about excellence here in Carmel. Our schools graduate 99 percent of our students. We boast the second largest business center in the state, coming in just behind Indianapolis — which means we employ more people than Ft. Wayne, Gary, Evansville, Bloomington, Terre Haute and Richmond. And we support the Carmel Symphony, Carmel Arts Council, community theater and the Performing Arts Center on the drawing board. It’s a lot to pack into just 17.8-square miles of land.
It’s no wonder quality of life is our cornerstone. We care about the simple things in life — finding that perfect tomato at the Farmer’s Market on Saturday, working the concession stand at our children’s soccer matches, enjoying the Monon Trail, celebrating each year at Carmelfest on the Fourth of July.
The Carmel we call home is in a class by itself! Enjoy discovering our lifestyle for yourself.
