Logansport and Cass County citizens are educated, with 82.1 percent having obtained a high school diploma or higher and 19.4 percent having obtained a bachelor’s degree or higher*. Cass County students can attend the schools of the Logansport Community School Corporation, South Eastern School Corp. Pioneer Regional Schools and Caston School Corporation. Each school is known for its excellent academic programs as well as award-winning music, arts and sports programs.

The All Saints Catholic School is also located in Logansport, providing a parochial choice to Catholic families. The school has a track record of excellent test scores and offers PE, music, Spanish and band classes, as well as monthly art classes taught by local artists. www.allsaintslogansport.com

There are plenty of higher education options in the area, too. Ivy Tech Community College, operating four campuses, has a regional campus located in Logansport. Ivy Tech is the college of choice for over 110,000 Hoosier students each year and can boast that it is Indiana’s most affordable college. Additionally, in 2010, Trine University opened a School of Professional Studies near the city’s business district. Several other higher education options, both public and private, are just a couple hours’ drive away.
