Sanford-Springvale has 12 miles of retail and dining establishments, financial institutions and more.

Springvale is the home to the Nasson Community Center and the Little Theater. The Anderson Learning Center is the home of Sanford Adult and Community Education, York County Senior College, So. Maine Regional Planning Commission, the Nasson Alumni Association, as well as the University of Maine Cooperative Extension Program and the York County Soil and Water Conservation Program. Maine District Court House, a couple of financial institutions, a U.S. Post Office, retail outlets and the Sanford-Springvale Historical Museum round out offerings in this quaint New England Town.

Downtown Sanford has the Mid-Town Mall, financial institutions, various restaurants, a post office, Willard Park/Central Park and the Sanford Town Hall and Annex.

Further down Main Street is Marden’s Plaza, the Center for Shopping, along with various eating establishments and financial institutions.

Additional “box” stores and eating establishments can be found near the airport and the business and industrial areas.
