The greater Rochester area, consisting of Rochester, Rochester Hills and Oakland Township, is located on the southeastern side of the Lower Peninsula in Michigan. Rochester is within reach of major highways M-59, running east and west, and I-75, running north and south. A 30-minute drive, via I-75, will land commuters in the bustling city of Detroit.
