Welcome to the communities of Archdale and Trinity. After looking over these pages, we believe that you will agree with us that this is a great place to live. Our Chamber prides itself on having a hand in making this a great place to live, work, and play, and we invite you to spend time with us, with our merchants and attractions, and learn about the things that make us unique.
Comprised of sister cities, Archdale and Trinity are both experiencing growth, residential and commercial, and the Chamber takes an active role in promoting appropriate expansion. Our mission statement, “To ethically and energetically promote and enhance economic opportunity that improves the quality of life in our community,” is an ever-present challenge. To achieve these goals, the chamber seeks to attract high-quality business to the area, support the present business community, host local government forums, lobby for transportation and business issues and support workforce development. The Chamber also provides statistical and historical information on its community to help in business planning. Along with the efforts to assist local businesses and attract new commercial activity to the area, the Chamber provides referrals for many local businesses.
The Chamber is involved in most every community effort, whether it is active support for a new YMCA, the creation of COAT (a local food bank), or teacher recruitment. The Chamber’s many activities include a golf tournament, several Business After Hours, and monthly Coffee and Conversations. Beyond this, the Archdale-Trinity Chamber supports local education with programs such as Career Day at the local high school, Job Shadowing Day for middle schoolers, a new teacher reception, and incentives for teacher recruitment. The annual Bush Hill Heritage Festival, which attracts large crowds of approximately 25,000 people and is growing every year, as well as the Jack Frost Youth Soccer Tournament, demonstrate the Chamber’s commitment to tourism development. The Chamber also administers a community-wide awards program, which is one of the highlights of our year, a leadership development program, and hosts candidate forums in election years.
Our community is growing at a dramatic rate and has an abundance of business and economic opportunities. Conveniently located between the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains and the breathtaking beach and Outer Banks, you will find peaceful living and a relaxing atmosphere.
Whether you are a newcomer, visitor, or long-time resident, we know you will find our directory informative and helpful. When making your business decisions, be sure to support the Chamber members and advertisers listed in this publication. As Chamber members, they are part of the success of our community.
We welcome you to our cities and to the Archdale-Trinity Chamber of Commerce.
