The City Bus system offers fixed route service between Milton-Freewater and Walla Walla on Monday through Friday. The Senior and Disabled Taxi Service, a contracted service, provides low-cost, door-to-door service complemented by personal assistance, for seniors aged 60 and older, as well as disabled riders. Transportation Solutions, a privately owned and operated service, is also available to meet the needs of individuals needing transport to doctor appointments and medical facilities.

Commercial air travel is available through the Walla Walla Regional Airport, where Horizon Air offers daily flights to and from SeaTac International Airport. You will be surprised to find out how many international destinations are only one stop away. A flight to virtually anywhere in the world becomes just 20 minutes from your front door. Other regional airports are in Pendleton (35 miles south) and Pasco, WA (55 miles northwest).

Milton-Freewater is located within the Port of Umatilla district, one of 23 public ports in the state.
