Community Involvement

Community Involvement

Becoming an involved citizen is an important element when it comes to maintaining community cohesion and enhancing quality of life. The region’s population remains active in many aspects of the community. From national and international organizations, such as Kiwanis Club, March of Dimes, Elks, Rotary and the Boys & Girls Club, to locally based groups, like educational and health foundations, arts associations and business organizations, there is truly something for every interest in the North Penn and Indian Valley Region.

Additionally, the area is spotted with a wealth of houses of worship, which represent an array of faiths. Accompanying the traditional services and faith-based educational services are ample options for staying active in the community. Many places of worship are dedicated to helping those in need, offering opportunities to participate in community outreach programs and events on a regular basis.
