The unique topography of the "hill country" along with the view of Joe Pool Lake provides a great backdrop for custom homes sales. Home values have increased over the past several years. Growing Population Demographics

Cedar Hill has grown from a small rural community of 6,850 in 1980 to a suburban city with a population of 32,039 in 2000. This growth was spurred by the creation of Joe Pool Lake and by the attractive prices for "hill country" land just south of Dallas. Cedar Hill continues to plan for its present and future residents.
