Located only minutes from Interstate 10 and Interstate 35 on Loop 1604, Converse, Texas, is strategically located for business development and growth. Converse North Park is home to an all new walking trail, baseball and football fields, and a butterfly garden and is a part of the migratory route of the Purple Martin as recognized by the National Audubon Society.

Converse Economic Development Corporation

The City of Converse and the Converse Economic Development Corporation have recently begun promoting green building efforts within the City of Converse including a resolution passed by City Council encouraging green building. There are several residential communities in Converse currently under construction that are being built to green standards. The Converse EDC also hosts community outreach events where the public is invited to learn what green options are available at little to no cost to them.
