The neighborhood of Montreux is ideally located just to the west of central Issaquah and south of I-90, on the northeast end of Cougar Mountain, and is subdivided into The Lakes, The Rim and The Village at Montreux. The 260-acre community has approximately 250 homes, many with views of Lake Sammamish and the Cascade Mountains.

Providence Point
Providence Point in Issaquah is a gated 55-plus retirement condo community with 24-hour security. The development is located just to the north of central Issaquah and borders Sammamish, giving residents easy access to the best of both communities for shopping and activities. Buyers can choose from multi-story condo buildings, to semi-detached townhome style units that offer private garages.

Squak Mountain
The Squak Mountain neighborhood in Issaquah is located in a heavily forested area of southwest Issaquah. Approximately 1,800 homes have been built in the neighborhood’s more than 40-year history.
