The University of Wisconsin-Fox Valley

Located in Menasha, the University of Wisconsin-Fox Valley is one of 13 freshman/sophomore campuses in the UW Colleges. The campus of approximately 1,700 undergraduates is especially designed to help college students successfully progress toward a bachelor’s degree in one of more than 200 available majors. Options for degree completion include transferring to a four-year university or completing an on-campus collaborative bachelor degree granted by UW-Oshkosh, UW-Platteville, UW-Stevens Point or UW-Stout in select areas of study. These areas include degrees in organizational administration, leadership development, human services leadership, mechanical and electrical engineering, American studies and management.

Fox Valley Technical College

Fox Valley Technical College (FVTC), a two-year, career-oriented college offers more than 200 associate degrees, technical diplomas and certificate programs. The college also supplies instruction related to 19 apprenticeship trades, 20 exclusive programs in conjunction with the Wisconsin Technical College System and services to area business and industry. FVTC’s main campus is based in Appleton, with a second campus in Oshkosh and a number of regional centers and training facilities positioned across east-central Wisconsin.

In 2015, FVTC opened the Public Safety Training Center (PCTS), a vital hands-on tactical training for students and public safety professionals. The PCTS is used to train in the areas of tactics, investigation, firefighting, technical rescue, pursuit, and much more, in a real-world setting. No other such facility exists in the Midwest, and others only meet part of what PCTS offers. FVTC is proud to be an official training partner of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Lawrence University

Lawrence University is a four-year liberal arts college and conservatory of music. The 84-acre residential campus is home to 1,500 students from around the country and the world. It is situated on a bluff overlooking the Fox River adjacent to downtown Appleton. In addition to the main campus, Lawrence also has a 425-acre wilderness retreat, Bjšrklunden located in Door County Wisconsin on the shore of Lake Michigan. A series of adult-education seminars are offered, year-round, at Bjšrklunden.
