The Clintonville Public School District, with an enrollment over 1700, serves the greater Clintonville area. The school district includes 3 elementary schools, one middle school (grades 6-8), and one new high school constructed in 2002 (grades 9-12), and two parochial schools. Programs available to students include fiber optics distance learning which provides specialized and advanced placement courses, gifted and talented opportunities, special education for children with special needs, and an aggressive School-to-Work experience, a cooperative learning initiative with area businesses and industries.

In addition, Fox Valley Technical College, located in Appleton, has a regional center in Clintonville serving over 3000 students with day and evening classes. Continuing education opportunities can be found within an hour's drive at Lawrence University, St. Norbert College and University of Wisconsin campuses in Green Bay, Menasha, Oshkosh and Stevens Point.

Three pre-schools and several fully staffed day care centers are available for residents with small children.
