Sandy Springs is a demographically-diverse community covering a 38-square-mile area in North Fulton. It is the second-largest city in the metropolitan area and the sixth-largest city in Georgia with a population of 93,853. A drive through the city’s many established neighborhoods reveals a traditional Southern charm. High-ranking schools, more than 20 miles of shoreline along the Chattahoochee River, and 11 parks also attract residents to the city. Sandy Springs is a hub for business with Interstate 285, GA 400, and three MARTA train stations aiding daily commutes.
